The charming decoration at Riad White Flowers brought a touch of Moroccan elegance to every corner of the hotel. The intricate tiles and vibrant colors truly captured the essence of Marrakesh, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the general areas of the riad to be easily accessible, with comfortable seating and a relaxed ambiance. It was a pleasure to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a day of exploring the bustling streets of the Medina.
For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have appreciated the presence of handrails or additional safety measures in the riad. Though the staff at Riad White Flowers were polite and helpful, it would have been reassuring to see more consideration for the needs and comfort of older guests.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. We have spent a good time in the terrasse having a look at the Marrakesh sky. The Riad is in a good and quietly location about 5 minutes to the main square Jama'a El Fnaa.
The shower of our room was small and it was a little bit complicated to take a shower. There isn't an air conditioning and the room can become very hot.

The owner is really lovely and helpful. The location is also excellent inside the Medina. Delicious breakfast too.
We pre-booked a taxi with the Riad and there was no one waiting for us at the aiport. We had to call them twice and we wait for 40 minutes till someone finally come.

Oussama was great! He helped us buy train tickets, gave great advice and became our friend in our 3 days in Marrakech. He was very accommodating, hospitable and always ready to assist in any way needed. Delicious homemade breakfast made by two other hosts.
Difficult to find, or impossible, without the help of a local. But I think this is common in Marrakech with the small windy streets.

What a weekend! The place was spotlessly clean as soon as we stepped inside. The complimentary breakfast every morning was delightful - it was homemade and delicious. The location was perfect, located close to the main square and easy to find. The staff were super helpful too, they gave us some handy tips about local restaurants and knew the area well.
As much as we enjoyed the stay, there were some not-so-great aspects of it. The Wi-Fi signal was intermittent and we struggled to connect properly.

Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very nice and very polite. Very comfortable and right in the middle of the Medina.
It's almost impossible to get there without the helpful knowledge of one of the many available local guides.

The Riad itself was fairly basic, but the friendliness of the staff and the excellent location made up for any lack of frills. We had prebooked an airport shuttle through the riad and were met on arrival at the taxi drop-off point, so never had any problems in finding its location. It was well situated to visit the Bahia and Badi palaces. It was also very quiet at night.
The room was a bit small and the toilet/shower room led off the bedroom through a (doorless) arch.

The location and price. It is only 15 minutes straight walk to the Souq and Square. Plus the Riad is close to the a small parking area where all the taxis drop and pick up their customers. The staff, especially Younos made our stay as comfortable as possible. He provided all the information on the tourist attraction, including on the train schedule. The other staff, Busra also prepared an early breakfast for us on one of our excursion day. But one of the thing I am most grateful was when they locate us (2 families with 1 small kid each) on the ground floor of the riad. It saved us the trouble of worrying about the stairs for the kids, plus the kids get to play in the common area conveniently. I would definitely recommend this Riad for any friend.
The airport transfer arranged by the Riad. On our departure day, the driver dropped us in the middle of the parking space under extreme hot temperature, some 100 metre from the entrance with all our luggage and kid stroller. I guess he was trying to escape from paying the parking fees, and its not the Riad's fault but that was very inconsiderate of the driver since we have small children with us.

We loved the hotel's great location, situated next to a taxi stand and close to the center of the busy medina. The hotel's staff were fantastic, and the clean rooms had all the hotel facilities we needed, including a nice breakfast spread every morning. Additionally, we enjoyed exploring the less touristy streets located near the hotel's location.
None.

This was a real surprise. The atmosphere and charm of this boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. All three of us liked our rooms and the staff were very helpful. The surrounding area was quiet and the riad felt secure. The small courtyard onto which all the rooms opened was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay basic: bread and jam and juice and coffee. Guests are advised to call ahead on arrival to have the manager greet and guide newcomers into the maze that leads to the riad. The palace and a post office are very close by and there are plenty of attractions within a 15 minute walk, but the riad itself was removed from the bustle.
There was nothing I really disliked except for the wifi signal being a little weak in the rooms. Be prepared to get lost the first time you leave the hotel unless you paid close attention to the way you walked into the medina. The locale is intriguing but may not suit people who prefer to stay in a commercial area with immediate access to transport.

Great place to stay. Small, affordable, homey, and gorgeous. Can't believe the value for the money. Great location, but in a real neighborhood - not in the madness/tourist-insanity of the other hotels/riads right off of the main square. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, but not in any way pushy as we found in other places we stayed.
